Teams & workspaces
The same brief.
The whole team.
Give your team a shared place for projects, files and apps, with a pooled balance and clear permissions. Keep your personal workspace separate.
Your work, in its place
Personal space. Shared purpose.
A workspace decides which projects, balance and permissions you’re using. Switch between your personal workspace and the teams you belong to.
| What changes? | Personal workspace | Team workspace |
|---|---|---|
| Who it’s for | Your own projects and work | People working on shared projects |
| Usage and payment | Your personal plan and balance | Seat allowances pooled in the team; billing managed by the owner and admins |
| Project context | Your instructions and knowledge files | Shared project instructions and knowledge for people with access |
| Control | You manage your own workspace | Member roles, invitations and per-person monthly mana caps |
A shared workspace does not share every chat
Chats start private. Conversations in a shared project follow that project’s visibility. Private projects and private chats stay private; joining a team does not expose your personal workspace.
Know which balance you’re using
Work in the team workspace uses the team’s pool and spending rules. Switching back to your personal workspace returns to its plan and balance. Own keys and top-ups do not unlock tools outside the workspace’s plan.
Less passing files around
Pick up where your team left off.
Useful for campaign work, research and building apps together: one project context, shared outputs and clear responsibility.
| Benefit | How it helps |
|---|---|
| A shared place for the project | Keep project instructions, knowledge files and shared work together, so teammates can pick up the same brief. |
| Usage that works as a pool | Each paid seat adds monthly mana and everyday messages to the team pool. Owners and admins can review usage and set a monthly mana cap for each person. |
| Clear roles and one billing account | Owners and admins manage invitations, seats and billing. Members focus on the work; permissions control what each person can manage. |
| Build together, keep the history | People with access can edit an app together, see who is there and resolve overlapping edits before saving a version. Shared project work stays with the team when someone leaves. |
Spend with a clear limit
- Each seat adds to the shared usage pool.
- Owners and admins can set a monthly mana cap per person and review team usage.
- Model and media work still shows its price before starting; paid operations follow the team’s access rules.
Keep the handoff under control
Transfer workspace ownership when responsibility changes. Removing a member ends their access and revokes the team API keys they created. Shared project work stays with the team; private conversations are not opened to everyone.

One workspace. Your team.
Choose a seat for each person, with a minimum of 2 seats. Usage is pooled in the team workspace; your personal workspace has its own plan and balance.
| Seat | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Adds to the shared pool |
|---|---|---|---|
| Team Plus seat | $25 / seat / month | $240 / seat / year $20 / month equivalent, paid yearly | 1,200 mana / month 200 everyday messages / day |
| Team Pro seat | $70 / seat / month | $720 / seat / year $60 / month equivalent, paid yearly | 4,500 mana / month 500 everyday messages / day |
Scroll the table to compare all seat allowances.
What a minimum team costs
2 Plus seats: $50 a month, or $480 a year billed upfront. Together they add 2,400 mana a month and 400 everyday messages a day to the pool.
2 Pro seats: $140 a month, or $1,440 a year billed upfront. Together they add 9,000 mana a month and 1,000 everyday messages a day to the pool.
Which tools does the team get?
An all-Plus-seat team gets Plus tools. At least one currently paid Pro seat unlocks the full Pro toolkit for the workspace. Each seat still contributes its own usage allowance.
Combining seat types depends on mixed-seat billing being available for your account. Otherwise, use one seat type for the team or ask support. A personal Pro or Max plan does not include team seats.
