This policy applies to everything you do with AI Magicx, including chats, tasks, the Studio, schedules, connected apps, shared links, the API, and the apps you build and publish. It sits alongside the usage policies of the model providers we use, which also apply. It's part of our terms of service.
Don't use AI Magicx to
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Make sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors.
- Make sexual or intimate images or voices of real people without their consent, or impersonate real people to deceive.
- Harass, threaten, bully or promote violence or hatred against people or groups.
- Create or spread malware, break into systems, or attack services, including other people's accounts and networks.
- Run spam, scams, phishing or fraud, or mislead people about who they're dealing with.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks or other people's rights.
- Make weapons capable of mass harm, or give dangerous instructions that put people at serious risk.
- Collect or expose people's personal data without a lawful basis.
- Get around limits, create accounts to claim free mana more than once, share accounts or API keys to avoid paying, resell access without permission, or overload the service.
Published apps and custom domains
You're responsible for every app you publish and every domain you connect to it. A published app must not:
- Phish: imitate a sign-in page, bank, payment page or other service to collect passwords, codes, card details or other personal information.
- Host, distribute or link to malware, unwanted software, cryptocurrency miners or exploit code, or redirect visitors to them.
- Impersonate a person, brand, company or government body, or suggest it's official when it isn't.
- Host illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Send spam. An app's email sign-in is only for people who choose to sign in; don't use it to send messages to addresses that didn't ask for them, or to flood an address with codes.
- Collect personal data without telling visitors what you collect and why, or store sensitive data such as health or financial records without the protection the law requires.
- Run scams, fake shops, fake giveaways or deceptive offers.
Only connect domains you own or are allowed to use, and don't use a domain to mislead people about who runs the app.
Email and connected apps
Messages sent through connected apps, including Gmail when it becomes available, must follow the same rules: no bulk unsolicited email, no deception, and nothing the account owner hasn't approved. Use connected apps only within their own terms.
Voices and likeness
Only use your own voice or a voice you have written permission to use. Voice cloning is available only where the provider's consent process is completed. Don't present made images, video or audio of real people as genuine where that could mislead or harm.
Reporting misuse or a published app
If you see AI Magicx, or an app published with it, being used to cause harm, email support@aimagicx.com. For a published app, include its full web address, what the problem is (for example phishing, malware, illegal content or copyright) and any details that help us check it. You don't need an account to report.
For a published app you can also use the report a site form: give its address, choose what's wrong and add any details.
For a copyright or trademark complaint, also tell us who you are, what work or mark is affected, where it appears, and confirm that the information is accurate and that you own the rights or are allowed to act for the owner.
What happens after a report
- We review every report. We may ask the reporter or the app's owner for details.
- If an app breaks this policy, we can take it down. A takedown stops every address of the app, including custom domains, within minutes, and the app can't be republished until we restore it.
- Where it's safe and lawful, we tell the owner what we did and why. Owners can reply to that message to ask us to look again; if the problem is fixed or we got it wrong, we restore the app.
- We keep a record of reports and the actions we take. Where the law requires, we report illegal content to the authorities.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may block a request, remove content, take down a published app, disconnect a domain, revoke API keys, or suspend or close an account. Repeated or serious breaches lead to the account being closed. If you think we got it wrong, email support@aimagicx.com.
